BIO

Eric Osman is an award-winning editor and experienced post-production professional based in Los Angeles, California. Eric graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications. He then received a Master of Fine Arts in Post Production Editing at the prestigious American Film Institute Conservatory. Eric has worked as an Editor and Assistant Editor on a broad range of industry segments, including feature and short films, documentaries, and docu-series aired on Netflix, Amazon, History, and Discovery ID. He was the sole editor for multiple award-winning short films. “FIVE” was showcased at renowned festivals such as the American Black Film Festival and BronzeLens Film Festival and won Best Student Film at the Jacksonville Film Festival. “The Portrait” was also an official selection at various festivals and won Best Short Film at the New Orleans Film Festival. Most recently, Eric was the lead editor for a feature length narrative film “Winters Garden” with anticipated release later this year.

Eric is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild.
